The hotel had a fantastic lobby and shuttle service, neat and comfortable rooms with a king bed that was very comfortable. Overall, a great experience with minor room service issues and unhelpful staff members.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and a good size, but unfortunately, there was a loud party that disrupted my sleep. The service had its ups and downs, with some friendly staff members but also issues with non-guests using hotel facilities. The location was convenient, especially for airport travel, but there were some disturbances reported. The dining experience was satisfactory, with some pricing concerns.
I found the hotel to be very comfortable and clean, with a lobby that was spotless upon arrival. The staff stood out as extremely professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful, making my stay outstanding. However, some employees were unhelpful, lacking basic courtesy and skills. The location turned out to be excellent for my weekend in Chicago, with convenient access to Midway Airport and various nearby amenities.
